When purchased coins do not show up on your coin count
If you've purchased coins but the purchase is not reflected on your coin count, please check the following. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact
our service support team.
- Your coin purchase transaction may have failed. Please first check your transaction history. If the transaction does not show up, please retry purchasing coins.
- Bad network environments may affect transactions. Please conduct/retry purchases in strong network environments.
- Reboot pocket comics. If your app is not up to date, please update to the latest version and check your coin count.
If the coin purchase has been made and you checked the above check list but the coin count still does not reflect your purchase, please contact our service support team using the following format. Upon confirmation, we will supply your account with the number of coins that were not reflected in your original purchase.
